The Small Business Energy Advantage program (SBEA) is funded through the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund and administered by CL&P and UI.
The SBEA program offers a zero percent loan option for qualifying customers.
The loans are used to offset the cost of installing energy efficiency measures under the SBEA program guidelines. All projects must be pre-approved and verified by CEEF utility administrators. CEEF offers third-party energy assessments at no cost to determine potential savings derived from installing energy-savings measures.
